The Journey Begins... To Be Announced for 2021

 

Our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Program will build on your personal strengths through discussion, practice, and self-inquiry to guide you deeper into your Yoga practice and to develop you into a skillful teacher if you wish to teach. The program is designed for transformation and growth - whether you want to deepen your practice or become a teacher, YTT will allow you to enhance your yoga practice, experience a personal transformation, and learn to inspire others!

The NEXT 200 Hour program will begin in 2021. The program involves intensive study and practice in a closed group. The program is organized into weekend-long units. Included with your tuition is unlimited drop-in yoga classes for the duration of the training.

The program is open to all practitioners, who genuinely seek a deeper understanding of yoga: dedicated students, current yoga teachers and those who aspire to teach and practice on a deeper level. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance at the RYT-200 level.

Topics covered in the 200 hour YTT meet or exceed all of the required standards set forth by Yoga Alliance.  You will learn:

• Yoga philosophy, history, ethics, and lifestyle;

• Anatomy and physiology;

• Ayurveda

• Teaching methodology;

• Meditation;

• Pranayama (breathing) techniques;

• Trauma Sensitive;

• Thai Yoga Massage;

• And much, much more!
