The mission of Nature’s Heart Yoga’s is to provide an inviting and encouraging space to all students, whether beginner or advanced, and abilities to practice the discipline of yoga for health and wellness. It is my intention to keep the teaching of Yoga as close to the way we have been taught as possible. Nature’s Heart Yoga Studio is an environment where students support and spend time with one another, share their passions in life and practice yoga while giving back to our community.
The goal of our instructors is to provide a safe and fun place for everybody to participate in yoga classes, to provide resources for self-nurturing movement that will improve strength, flexibility and balance, and connect mind, body and spirit. It is incumbent for the teacher to always act responsibly and with the student's interest in mind. No matter what we learn or from whom we learn the real and only teacher is within.
